Project Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE:
- Together with Project Manager to coordinate in setting up, controlling, monitoring & implementing Feedmill & non Feedmill projects in Asia
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Project management & implementation support
• Maintaining & monitoring project plans, budgets and cashout.
• Arranging required permits & licenses
• Documenting and following up on importing and exporting.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met
• Determining project changes
• Undertaking project tasks as required
• Developing project strategies
• Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable
• Ensuring stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
• Creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
• Coordinating with PMs to do supervision on site.
2. Administrative support
• Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
• Providing other administrative supports as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in appropriate fields or equivalent work experience

Other requirements:
