• Involve in closing task monthly by reviewing the unposted invoice and unposted expense to ensure the completeness of expense
• Envolve in preparing the result PL report monthly as well as the analysis for the variance between the actual and target
• Work directly with stores and other departments to control the budget for operating expenses, monitor the usage of actual expense to give the estimation monthly
• Prepare the PL report by CAT, Sales KPI, e-commerce report
• Provide the related document and related report for related departments when received request
• Prepare external reports for Governmental Departments (General Statistics Office of Vietnam, Department of Industry and Trade) and other authorities report request
• Prepare additional ad-hoc reports and other duties as assigned by Line Manager and Finance Director

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
• Major: Accounting - Auditing, Finance, Business Administration and other relevant majors.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years working in finance analysis and detailed report preparation or any related positions. 
• Have financial analysis skills and report preparation skill. 
• Experience with Retail field is plus.
