Production Supervisor (Garment, $2000, ID21303)

Supervise daily production activities to ensure production plans, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
Monitor and control production processes to optimize productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization.
Ensure all products comply with technical specifications, quality requirements, and customer standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to production teams on garment construction, sewing techniques, and process improvements.
Coordinate closely with Quality, Planning, Merchandising, and Maintenance departments to resolve production issues and ensure smooth operations.
Analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to enhance technical capabilities and operational performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and manufacturing procedures.
Monitor production quality throughout the manufacturing process and take preventive actions to minimize defects.
Prepare production reports and provide regular updates on production status, quality performance, and improvement initiatives.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in garment manufacturing, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of knitted garment construction, sewing techniques, and apparel production processes.
Good understanding of quality requirements and production standards for Japanese customers and export markets.
Strong knowledge of garment technical specifications, workmanship standards, and quality control systems.
