Production Quality Specialist For Soft Equipment Team

MISSION: As your products are produced at your suppliers’ site, you develop your supplier‘s expertise to produce good quality products within short lead times and at low cost.

Type: 3rd Party Contract

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Control the Quality of the Products in the lines and before shipment.

Ensure the Process Control.

Improve the Quality system of your suppliers.

Coach and train the Quality Team of your suppliers.

Ensure that Decathlon Compliance standards and the local regulation are respected, in terms of quality, safety, environment, toxicology, and social compliance.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Quality roles within a manufacturing environment, ideally in the garment or sportswear industry.

Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong eagerness to learn, enabling effective collaboration and influence across diverse teams and partners.
