Production Planning Specialist

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts.
Monitor production output versus plan and report performance variances.
Ensure availability of raw materials, manpower, and machinery for production readiness.
Control production waste and manufacturing costs; recommend efficiency improvement solutions.
Supervise production progress and manage planning adjustments when required.
Analyze production performance data by operator and production line.
Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Purchasing, and QC to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
Optimize lead time, reduce inventory levels, and improve overall production efficiency.
Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or related disciplines.
At least 2–5 years of experience in Production Planning within a manufacturing environment (FMCG or cosmetics is an advantage).
Strong analytical and planning capability.
Good cost control and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and respond to basic English emails and documents.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Experience working with SAP is preferred.
