Production Planning Specialist

- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts.

- Monitor production output versus plan and report performance variances.

- Ensure availability of raw materials, manpower, and machinery for production readiness.

- Control production waste and manufacturing costs; recommend efficiency improvement solutions.

- Supervise production progress and manage planning adjustments when required.

- Analyze production performance data by operator and production line.

- Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Purchasing, and QC to ensure uninterrupted production flow.

- Optimize lead time, reduce inventory levels, and improve overall production efficiency.

- Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain,

- Industrial Management, or related disciplines.

- At least 2–5 years of experience in Production Planning within a manufacturing environment (FMCG or cosmetics is an advantage).

- Strong analytical and planning capability.

- Good cost control and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to read and respond to basic English emails and documents.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

- Experience working with SAP is preferred.
