Material Planning Executive

• Develop and execute material procurement plans to support production schedules and ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, and recommend replenishment plans to maintain optimal inventory levels.

• Coordinate with the Purchasing team to ensure timely procurement of materials while preventing stock shortages and excess inventory.

• Maintain accurate material planning data in the SAP ERP system, including lead times, safety stock levels, reorder parameters, and material master data.

• Plan and balance material requirements based on the Bill of Materials (BOM), material consumption standards, and production schedules.

• Update material and packaging changes in the ERP system and adjust material planning accordingly.

• Coordinate with the Production Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality Control (QC), and Production teams on material planning and supply-related activities.

• Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, material requirements, and material supply plans.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Department Manager.

• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, International Business, or other related disciplines.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in Material Planning, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Procurement, or Order Management.

• Experience using SAP ERP (MM/PP modules is an advantage).

• Strong organizational, coordination, and cross-functional communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
