Production Planning Engineer

Develop and maintain production plans for Olefins products to ensure customer demand is met while maximizing plant efficiency.
Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and raw material availability to support smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Commercial teams to align production plans with business requirements.
Analyze production performance, inventory trends, and operational data, and prepare regular reports to support decision-making.
Identify opportunities to optimize production planning, inventory management, and supply chain performance.
Support the digitalization and continuous improvement of production planning processes and planning tools.
Participate in cross-functional projects and perform other planning-related tasks as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or a related discipline.1 – 6 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing Operations, Process Engineering, or other related fields. Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of Olefins manufacturing processes or petrochemical production operations.
Ability to respond quickly and adapt effectively to changing priorities and unexpected operational situations.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Good analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and presentation materials.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP or other planning systems is an advantage.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
