Production Planning

1. Develop production plans for SMT & ASM of SMC, ensuring schedules align with customer demand and delivery timelines
2. Conduct capacity planning and manage production capacity to optimize resource utilization and improve efficiency
3. Monitor and handle transfer-related activities, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions
4. Coordinate and manage shipment plans, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving any logistics or scheduling issues
5. Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, procurement) to support overall operational performance

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. MUST COMMUNICATE FLUENTLY IN BOTH CHINESE & ENGLISH
2. Worked in the same industry for over three years
3. Familiar with SAP system, office software, write macros
4. Must have Bachelor or above
5. Self-disciplined, strong sense of responsibility
6. Strong communication and coordination skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
