Production Planner

To plan and organize material demand & forecast systematically by using the ERP system and ensure that material demand (including long lead time items) is triggered timely and accurately, included summary preparation
Participate in weekly Planning Review meetings to ensure all parties are update with the latest information, ensure easy monitoring of project management progress .
To support proper handling of ECN and ensure accurate quotations are timely provide to BBP using the BESI quotation format.
Match demand and supply and strive to have leveled and balanced factory loading.
Create/extend/maintain Material Master based on standard settings and liaise with other departments on the maintenance of Material Master.
Create Production BOM based on standard reference
Update Material Master and/or production BOM upon receiving ECN/request.
Manage and chair ECN meeting including maintaining ECN tracking list and Change Control Database
Manange and liaise with Material Planner/ Engineering/ Supplier/ Procurement on the customization of Production BOM/ECN changes.
Other tasks related to work requirements assigned by direct superior.
Minimum Degree in business administration, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering degree.
Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
Good command of English (both verbal and written).
Good knowledge of MRP and ERP/ SAP systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
Familiar with concepts line ‘Lean manufacturing’, ‘KanBan’, ‘Push/Pull’.
