Production Manager I Garment

• Manage and oversee the entire production process in the garment factory

• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Collaborate with design and development teams to align production with product specifications.

• Implement and monitor production schedules to optimize workflow and resource allocation.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.

• Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance.

• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Prepare reports on production performance and present findings to senior management.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within the garment industry.

• Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes and quality control.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Effective communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with production management software and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or a related field is preferred.
