PRODUCTION MANAGER (28337)

1 Production:
- Follow production plan (Weekly, Monthly)
- Manage all production issues (Forming, Coating, Wrapping, Packing)
- Set up proper production line and make target for each group
- Produce good and stable products
- Improve productivity
- Improve production environment
2 Education:
- Instruct production process and checking process for supervisor, leader
- Find proper position for production staff in order to get high production amount
- Remind worker to follow the company regulation
- Co-operate with Factory administration about training plan
3 Safe - sanitary production:
- Make cleaning plan in production area
- Arrange clear and clean production line
- Co-operate with QC Manager about sanitary standards
- Co-operate with Maintenance Manager about machine overhaul plan and cleaning control panel
- Reject dangerous matters in production
4 Report:
- Administrate all production data (Report, Record)
- Analysis data and find improvement way for getting better
- Send production monthly report to Factory manager
- Follow to the order of Factory manager
5 Other request:
- Implement the other Jobs based on assignment of Factory Manager
- Follow all procedures, forms which were issued in company system
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from University with major in Polytechnic University, Business administration (or similar major)
- Minimum of 3 years working as a Production Manager ( experience working in a food company)
- Able to speak English at intermediate level, Japanese is a advantage
- Knowledge of production management
- Knowledge of production operating
- Good at computer, communication, manageable skills
