II Job Description:

* Execute tasks and assignments as directed by the BOD.

1. Advise and support the Director in managing factory operations; develop daily, monthly, and quarterly production plans for upper management's approval, and take full responsibility for organizing execution according to the approved plan.

2. Supervise and encourage production teams and groups to achieve objectives and plans in compliance with established procedures and regulations.

3. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production operations; identify operational bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions.

4. Promptly report any issues regarding productivity, quality, equipment, or labor to the Director to receive timely guidance and resolution.

*Directly manage and oversee production operations at the factory.

1. Organize, implement, and direct all factory production activities.

2. Directly lead and guide Team Leaders, Group Leaders, and Deputy Shop Managers, ensuring smooth and effective coordination in task execution.

3. Take responsibility for workforce management and production line operations.

4. Monitor and control production processes, productivity, and quality across all teams and groups during shifts; rigorously manage production efficiency to prevent schedule delays.

III Job Requirements:

1. Gender: Male

2. Education: Bachelor’s Degree required

3. Language Skills: Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) or English

4. Experience: Over 3 years of experience as a Factory Manager or in the service industry at Japanese or foreign companies.

5. Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working at Japanese Corporations/Companies or foreign enterprises.

- Experience in the Hospital or Healthcare business is a major plus.
