Production Engineering Supervisor (Training)

Đào tạo công nhân sản xuất và nhân viên QC về quy trình, tiêu chuẩn vận hành (SOP, WI).
Quản lý hồ sơ đào tạo, đánh giá tay nghề và năng lực vận hành máy móc.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xây dựng, cập nhật tài liệu đào tạo.
Theo dõi hiệu quả đào tạo và đề xuất kế hoạch nâng cao kỹ năng nhân viên.
Hỗ trợ các hoạt động cải tiến năng suất, giảm lỗi sản xuất.
Thiết kế, cải tiến tool, jig và thiết bị phục vụ sản xuất.
Đảm bảo máy móc, thiết bị và nhà xưởng hoạt động ổn định.
Tuân thủ quy định an toàn lao động và thực hiện các báo cáo liên quan.
Conduct training programs for production operators and QC personnel on manufacturing processes, SOPs, WIs, and operational standards.
Manage training records and assess employee competency, skill levels, and machine operation qualifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, review, and update training materials and technical documentation.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend actions to improve workforce capability and performance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and reducing manufacturing defects.
Design, develop, and improve production tooling, jigs, fixtures, and equipment.
Ensure manufacturing equipment and facilities are maintained in a safe, stable, and efficient operating condition.
Adhere to occupational health and safety requirements and prepare relevant reports as assigned.
Tốt nghiệp Đại học các ngành Cơ khí, Tự động hóa, Cơ điện tử hoặc các ngành kỹ thuật liên quan.
Có từ 4–5 năm kinh nghiệm trong môi trường sản xuất và ít nhất 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý nhóm hoặc vị trí giám sát.
Có kiến thức về kỹ thuật sản xuất, cải tiến quy trình và quản lý hoạt động sản xuất.
Có khả năng giao tiếp, đọc hiểu tài liệu và viết báo cáo kỹ thuật bằng tiếng Anh.
Có kỹ năng lãnh đạo, giải quyết vấn đề và làm việc nhóm tốt.
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kiến thức hoặc kinh nghiệm về Lean, Six Sigma.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production operations management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficient in English communication, technical document interpretation, and technical report writing.
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools is considered an advantage.
