Job Purpose

• Deploy tasks assigned by the management, develop strategies and policies to be responsible for the management of product on activities in the company.

• Ensure all assignments and procedures of dyeing & development are effectively implemented as production functions and tasks.

Accountabilities

• Manage dyeing production according to approved production plans

• Control dyeing production in terms of quantity & quality & company regulations.

• Ensure on-time completion of development and dyeing processes

• Manage & control the use of dyeing chemicals in accordance with safety standards & procedures.

• Supervise & guide technical activities related to sample development & dyeing

• Ensure that dyed and developed garments are manufactured with the required quality and quantity, and delivered on time in accordance with time requirements

• Manage the teams and assign tasks based on actual operational needs.

• Plan and coordinate manpower, machines, and materials to ensure daily dyeing production is carried out according to the production schedule.

• Follow up first bulk and first lot approval to ensure color accuracy and production readiness before bulk production.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University graduation in the field of Textile dyeing/ Textile chemistry/ Denim Garment/ Technical

• 1-3 years of experience in the garment industry (open for Fresh Engineer)

• Good English communication (verbal and written)

• Strong knowledge of dyeing process & chemical handling & safety requirements

• Skills in developing new dyeing samples

• Analyse, Improvement & simplification of dyeing process
