Production Development (Officer)

• Receive new development from sales team/NATco sister companies such as NATco US, Shanghai, Taiwan, HongKong, India, Bangladesh….
• Checking the requirements and build the specifications for costing, submit cost to GM/CM for reviewing the price.
• Checking cost with suppliers (3-4 suppliers per each item) or inhouse in case of produce by IH.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost competitiveness.
• Follow up with supplier/IH for sampling, and make sure to submit sample to requestor base on Sample standard leadtime ontime.
• Sourcing qualified materials.
• Sourcing qualified supplier.
• Go to supplier factory for checking colorist.
• Support relative department to solve product issues between all related departments.
• Be subject to work assignments from PD supervisor.
• Handle testing requirement with 3rd lab party (SGS, BV, TUV....)
• Strong knowledge about label/packaging product, good training to other newbie member
   

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Minimum 3 years of experience related to product development.

  (Knowledge of Label & Packaging / Garment is an advantage)

• Good problem-solving/ analysis skills.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate in English
