Production Control Staff

- Manage materials (create, edit, and cancel inbound/outbound orders according to SAP system requirements).
- Create export component documents for related departments.
- Control MRP issues and coordinate with related departments to resolve monthly unnecessary transactions.
- Monitor the production plan and revise the component plan promptly if necessary.
- Coordinate with the Sales Department to resolve shortages or excess inventory.
- Process information related to end-of-production models and send relevant part information to the Purchasing Department.
- Participate in department activities related to continuous improvement and QCC.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Production Control Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Have 1-2 years of experience in an equivalent position
- Knowledge of production and assembly processes.
- Understanding of warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
- Knowledge of SAP, MES systems, and improvement tools such as Python and VBA is an advantage.
- Data summarizing, analysis, and reporting skills.
- Good communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Hard-working and enthusiastic.
- Willing to take on new tasks assigned by the department.
