Product Technical Supervisor

Product Management, HVAC, home appliance, or electronics industry preferred

Position Overview:

The Product Technical Supervisor is responsible for product benchmarking, market analysis, technical training, and product launch support. This role acts as the bridge between HQ and local teams, ensuring effective product positioning, technical support, and successful execution of product strategies in the Vietnam market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct competitor product analysis and monitor new product launches, including features, key selling points, and emerging technologies.

• Analyze market and customer requirements and coordinate product demand feedback with HQ Product Planning teams.

• Manage product technical documentation and provide product-related technical consultation to customers and internal teams.

• Develop and deliver product training programs for sales teams, distributors, and partners, especially during new product launches.

• Support technical marketing activities, exhibitions, promotional events, and provide technical solutions for project opportunities.

• Coordinate with HQ R&D, Product Planning, Logistics, Marketing, and After-Sales teams to ensure successful product launches and resolve technical issues.

• Support analysis and resolution of complex product and technical issues in the market.

• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC / Refrigeration / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, HVAC, home appliance, or electronics industry preferred.

• Strong understanding of air conditioning products and technologies.

• Experience in product training, technical support, and market analysis.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

• Able to communicate effectively in Vietnamese and English; Chinese is a strong advantage for HQ coordination.
