Branding Marketing Supervisor

Position Overview:

The Branding Marketing Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing brand communication strategies, managing brand identity, and driving creative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and market presence. This role works closely with HQ, Sales, agencies, and external partners to ensure consistent brand execution across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute brand communication strategies, including integrated campaigns, PR activities, KOL/KOC collaborations, and multimedia content (digital, video, TVC, brand films, and key visuals).

2. Manage and maintain brand identity by ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines, visual identity, messaging, and brand assets across all channels.

3. Lead creative development by defining campaign concepts, managing agencies and vendors, and ensuring all creative materials align with AUX brand positioning.

4. Plan and execute brand activation initiatives, including product launches, events, sponsorships, PR campaigns, and collaboration with Trade Marketing to ensure consistent brand visibility at retail channels.

5. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies to monitor market trends, evaluate brand performance, and recommend brand strategy improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Branding, Marketing, or Brand Communications, preferably in the HVAC, home appliance, consumer electronics.

• Experience in brand campaign management, content development, PR, and agency management.

• Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and digital marketing.

• Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.

• Good working proficiency in English or Chinese for communication with HQ.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or design collaboration tools is an advantage.
