Product Specialist, Governance

Design governance mechanisms that drive sustainable platform growth while ensuring the safety and quality of the ecosystem, making Zalo a trusted environment for both users and businesses.
• Focus on the Growth Enablement side of governance, enabling business growth while respecting platform quality principles;
• Design Incentives & Education: Develop reputation systems (Badges, Trust Scores) and educational programs that motivate merchants to voluntarily adopt good behaviors (reducing spam, increasing in-app payments);
• Collaborate for Solutions: Partner closely with Engineering, Designer, and Business teams to translate governance policies into scalable product solutions;
• Gather Ecosystem Insights: Actively collect feedback from Merchants and Users to understand their pain points. Use these insights to refine policies, ensuring rules are fair, practical, and actually support legitimate business needs.

• 3+ years in Product Management, Platform Operations, or Trust & Safety;
• "Governance as Growth" Mindset: Ability to design rules that foster long-term value, not just block bad actors;
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Solid knowledge of the tech industry, digital platforms, and user experience;
• Data-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
