Role Purpose

A Product Solution is responsible for guiding a product from conceptualization to launch, focusing on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Key duties include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, conducting usability testing, and collaborating with developers to iterate on designs, ensuring a functional and aesthetically pleasing end product.

Level: OPERATIONAL & EXECUTION PRODUCT DESIGNER

Facilitate design sprints and workshops. Mentor staff and refine design team processes based on corporate travel requirements. Research competition to suggest new feature sets.

Descriptions 

An Operational & Execution Product Solution bridges the gap between high-level product strategy and the tangible, day-to-day delivery of user experiences. They focus on transforming complex, ambiguous requirements into polished, actionable, and buildable user interfaces (UI) while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

This role thrives on creating efficiency—making the design-to-engineering handoff seamless and improving how teams work together.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Owning the design process from concept sketching and prototyping to high-fidelity mockups, validation, and engineering implementation.
• Operational Efficiency: Standardizing workflows, maintaining design systems, and improving tool management (e.g., Jira, Figma) to speed up delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working directly with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into technical specifications and functional products.
• Bridging Strategy and Craft: Using strategic insights to guide visual decisions, ensuring the final product is not only beautiful but solves real problems.
• Ambiguity Management: Stepping into complex, undefined scenarios, creating structure, and driving decisions to unblock the team.
