Product Pre-Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Pre-sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, design tailored solutions, and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations. You will play a key role in driving business growth by bridging the gap between customer needs and our technical capabilities.

MAIN DUTIES:

- Suggest and implement product marketing activities for the assigned products, including defining product positioning, identifying customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

- Cooperate with regional product marketing in the new product development process.

- Run new product introduction programs (in charge of launching product activity)

- Prepare product training materials and conduct training for sales reps, distributors & dealer seminars (from many regions).

- Prepare product specifications, solution proposals, and other tender technical documents to help sales reps.

- Ensure information necessary for products including warranty card, sub label, user guide.

- Other tasks assigned by Manager.

REQUIREMENT:

- At least 5 years’ experience with minimum 3 years in role of Product Pre-sales Specialist.

- Upper-intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint, programming languages, etc.

- Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline daily tasks.

- Able to use English in daily work, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.

- Analyze and problem solving.

- Experience in training and presentations is a plus.

- Organization planning skills.

- Able to travel.
