Tuyển dụng Product Operations Specialist (Food) | 9-Month Contract tại Hồ Chí Minh

Product Specialist will support the CE&P Product Team in daily operational tasks, system setup, launch documentation, Food Development support, and cross-functional coordination to ensure products, programs, and projects are delivered accurately and on time during the
9-month temporary assignment.
Team Operations & System Setup
·         Support the CE&P Product Team in operational tasks related to systems and product/program launch processes.
·         Prepare, complete, and track required files and requests with relevant teams, including BD&M, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and QA.
·         Support SKU setup, product information setup, pricing setup, and related information for both Food and Beverage items in internal systems.
·         Monitor request status, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure information is updated accurately and on time.
Food Development & Launch Support
·         Support Food Development activities, including product sample coordination, internal tasting preparation, document consolidation and follow-up with suppliers or internal teams as needed.
·         Prepare and maintain Food Recipe Cards, product information, preparation guidance and other launch-related documents.
·         Support the preparation of Period Planning Kit (PPK) and seasonal launch materials, ensuring food-related information is accurate and ready for store execution.
·         Coordinate required setup for seasonal launches, LTO products, core food updates and related operational readiness tasks.
Cross-functional Project Support
·         Join and support cross-functional projects with CE&P, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, BD&M, QA and other related teams.
·         Support projects related to Auto PO and PO management, including tracking project requirements, consolidating inputs and coordinating testing or implementation follow-ups.
·         Support Food Display initiatives by coordinating information, collecting store feedback, preparing working files and following up execution requirements.
·         Support Serve ware and Packaging projects, including product information tracking, sample coordination, vendor follow-up and documentation updates.
·         Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide timely updates on pending items, risks and next steps.
Key Deliverables
·         Accurate and timely SKU, price and system setup for Food and Beverage items.
·         Complete launch support documents, including Food Recipe Cards, PPK inputs and operational setup files.
·         Effective coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are followed up and completed on time.
·         Well-maintained tracking files, request status and project documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
·         Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in Product, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Food & Beverage, FMCG, Retail or related fields.
·         Good coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
·         Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
·         Comfortably working with Excel, PowerPoint and internal systems; experience with SKU/product setup is an advantage.
·         Able to work with cross-functional teams and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
·         Good English communication skills are preferred.
