Ecommerce
List products on digital platforms (e-commerce, delivery platforms, etc.) and prepare product descriptions and product images for e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to product images, information, and descriptions.
Manage official store layouts, inventory, and customer inquiries regarding Starbucks' products on e-commerce platforms.
Implement promotional programs (setting discounts, vouchers, etc.) on e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate with internal functions to monitor, process, and verify orders for the e-commerce business.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information and pricing.
Marketing
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to provide insights for marketing strategies.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and preparing reports.
Support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as organizing files, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Education level: Undergraduate degree. Preference will be given to candidates majoring in Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields. Knowledge of Photoshop or other photo editing software is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic English communication skills.
Diligent, detail-oriented, hardworking, and a good team player.
