  • Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of the company’s products, including but not limited to product planning, market research, requirements analysis, documentation, prototyping, and development tracking.
  • Conduct market and user research to identify emerging trends, real user needs, and opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Build and manage the product roadmap, define feature priorities, and propose optimization strategies to deliver an exceptional user experience.
  • Work closely with operations and development teams throughout the development, testing, and release processes to ensure product stability, security, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends, technologies, and competitor products to identify innovative opportunities that keep the company’s offerings competitive and aligned with the fast-evolving Web3 landscape.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, with hands-on experience in Web3 products (e.g., DeFi, NFTs, blockchain infrastructure, etc.).
  • Strong skills in market research, competitive analysis, and trend evaluation.
  • Proven ability to independently create Product Requirement Documents (PRD), manage development timelines, and oversee product launches.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across teams, demonstrate ownership, and deliver results under limited resources.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 ecosystems is a strong plus.
