Product Manager in Pharmacy

Key responsibilities
·        Responsible for marketing, sales, technical support and growth of the assigned product portfolio.
·        Prepare budget and business plans for the assigned product lines, ensure realization of goals together with superiors.
·        Ensure healthy stocks & debtors levels together with superiors.
·        Ensure that principal / supplier of assigned product portfolio is maintained, well informed about the business progress, and good relationships with them are built.
·        Other task assigned by Management

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical Ingredients field.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to negotiate and influence at all levels.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
Proficient in problem solving
Effective working in both independent and team work
Strong oral, written and presentation in both Vietnamese and English
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Personal Attributes:
Results-driven with a strong customer-focused approach.
Strategic thinking to analyze customer objections & give appropriate solution
Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a proactive strong team member.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
