Product Manager Assistant – Fixed-term Contract (8 Months Maternity Cover)

We are looking for a Product Manager Assistant to support our Notebook product team in daily product management and operational activities. This role focuses on coordinating with distributors, managing product documentation and administrative processes, supporting product certification, analyzing business data, and ensuring the smooth execution of product-related activities.

Main role:

• Assist Product Manager in all aspects to make sure the correctness of all reports and paper works.

• Organize, manage and archive database in a logical way.

Responsibilities:

• Budget and program management: keep record and apply programs on the system before program starts. Collect, calculate and verify the results and claim from the system.

• Provide CN details to HQ and get the official credit note. Collect signed CN back from partners by deadline.

• Be in charge of product certification needed based on Vietnam regulation without delaying import and on-shelf schedule.

• Issue PI to distributors and get the PI signed back.

• Analyze data and help improve order & shipping plan.

• Other works assigned by Product Manager or General Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 1-3+ years of PM or Sales assistant experience.

• Advanced in Office, especially in Excel is a must; familiar with visualization data tool is a plus.

• Good at paperwork and numbers.

• Logical and careful in details.

• Calm, stable and offering good support for the manager.

• Fluent in English (Speaking/Writing/Reading).

• Team oriented; able to cooperate with different departments to achieve the best results. Ability to work hard under pressure and be enthusiastic.
