Product Manager

The Product Manager will own and drive the development of digital products that power the on-demand home services marketplace. This role is responsible for identifying user needs, defining product strategy, and collaborating with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to deliver scalable product solutions that improve customer experience, provider efficiency, and marketplace growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define product vision and roadmap aligned with the company’s business objectives and marketplace growth strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer booking journey and service provider experience.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on user impact, operational efficiency, and business metrics.

2. Marketplace Optimization

• Design and optimize marketplace mechanisms such as: service discovery, booking flow, matching algorithms, pricing and promotions, supply-demand balance…
• Work with data teams to monitor marketplace health metrics such as: booking conversion rate, service fulfillment rate, cancellation rate, repeat customer rate…

3. Product Development

• Translate product requirements into clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Design teams to deliver features using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Manage the product backlog and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

4. Data-Driven Decision Making

• Define success metrics and monitor product performance through dashboards and experiments.
• Partner with analytics teams to conduct A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
• Use insights to continuously optimize product features.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with multiple internal teams for product development, UX/UI improvements, service quality and provider management, promotions and growth campaigns, feedback loop and issue resolution 

6. User Experience & Research

• Conduct user interviews and analyze feedback from customers and service providers.
• Identify pain points in the service booking and fulfillment lifecycle.
• Improve usability and engagement of mobile applications.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
• Experience working on mobile apps or marketplace platforms is highly preferred.
• Experience in O2O, on-demand services, e-commerce, or gig-economy platforms is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret product metrics and translate insights into product improvements.
• Familiarity with product development tools such as: Jira/Confluence, Product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum product development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance customer experience, operational constraints, and business goals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
