Job Purpose

Act as the primary customer contact for assigned programs, ensuring customer orders, schedule changes, and priorities are effectively managed and executed to achieve on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction through cross-functional coordination. The customer is market leader in the field and US based.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the main interface between customers and internal teams for all order and program-related activities.

- Manage customer orders, revisions, demand changes, delivery commitments, and priorities throughout the product lifecycle.

- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Planning, Production, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to ensure customer requirements are achieved.

- Monitor order status, identify risks, and drive timely resolution of delivery, quality, or capacity issues.

- Lead customer communications, status reviews, and issue escalations.

- Prepare and provide program status reports, delivery updates, and action plans.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

- Experience in Project Management, Program Management, Planning, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.

- Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
