Product Management

Develop and execute comprehensive collaboration strategies with key strategic suppliers, including growth planning, product portfolio management, and partnership optimizationAnalyze each supplier’s strengths and weaknesses to propose tailored strategies that maximize competitive advantageEstablish performance evaluation criteria and regularly organize or participate in Business Reviews or meetings to maintain quality and effectivenessWork directly with internal departments (Sales, Engineering, etc.) to ensure supplier objectives are aligned with the company’s goalsSupport negotiation of commercial terms, pricing, and financial agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomesProactively identify business opportunities leveraging suppliers’ unique capabilities (e.g., exclusive products, new technologies) to contribute to the company’s business development strategy.
Participate in both online and offline marketing activities related to distributed products and supplier brands to enhance supplier image and market visibility.

University degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/Electronics or related fieldsExperience in Technical Sales, Product Management, or Supplier Management within the electronics industryExcellent communication and presentation skills in EnglishSolid knowledge of the Electronics, Telecommunications, and Electronic Components sectorsStrong understanding of company products/services, customer applications, key manufacturers and their products, and competitor landscapeStrong planning, execution, and project tracking skillsProblem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a keen business senseAble to work independently while collaborating effectively in team settingsProficient in data analysis, performance evaluation, and strategic decision-makingExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade high-level stakeholdersA good listener with strong collaboration and commitment skills
