Product Engineering Supervisor (Plastic, $1000, ID21387)

Manage daily operations of the Technical Department and lead a team of approximately 4 staff.
Set department objectives, develop action plans, and monitor progress.
Establish and update SOPs and provide technical training to team members.
Assign work, supervise performance, and support problem-solving.
Review and implement engineering changes from customers or internal departments.
Communicate technical changes accurately and promptly across relevant teams.
Work closely with customers to clarify product technical requirements.
Coordinate with QA/QC, Production, and other departments to resolve technical and product-related issues.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Male, 28–40 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Product Technical role within the plastic manufacturing industry.
Good English skills (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent preferred).Knowledge of ISO Quality Management System.
