Procurement Staff (FDI company - Wood Processing Industry)

1. Procurement Strategy Execution

• Develop and implement supplier evaluation criteria for wood processing factories,

wood residue collectors, and other potential sourcing partners in line with the

company's procurement strategy.

• Establish and maintain framework agreements covering pricing, payment terms,

delivery schedules, traceability requirements, and compliance standards.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or related fields.

• Strong willingness and ability to travel frequently and work on-site in northern provinces of Vietnam (approximately 30% of working time).

• Flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in field-based environments.

• Good communication skills in either English or Japanese.
