Procurement Manager (Newly Set Up Factory)

Key Responsibilities
• Directly manage the Procurement Manager, Import & Export Manager, and their respective teams.
• Lead end-to-end purchasing operations, including supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with global suppliers, particularly in Korea, Japan, and China.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive annual cost reduction (cost-down) initiatives through strategic sourcing, international bidding, and long-term contract negotiations (Blanket POs).
• Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Oversee import-export and logistics operations, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
• Optimize supply chain processes and inventory performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Procurement & Import-Export team.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 10 years of management experience in Procurement and Logistics.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, import-export, and logistics.
• Good command of English; Chinese is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
