Tuyển dụng Process & Supplier Quality Engineer tại Hải Phòng

1. Strip Plant Quality

• Manage quality activities from Incoming → IPQC → OQC.

• Monitor defects, scrap, rework, FPY and process capability.

• Maintain inspection standards, Control Plans and reaction plans.

• Investigate quality issues using 8D, 5 Why and basic data analysis.

• Follow up corrective actions with Production, Engineering and Maintenance.

• Ensure outgoing products meet drawings, specifications and customer requirements.

2. Supplier Quality (Strip plant)

• Follow up incoming defects and supplier corrective actions (SCAR / 8D).

• Monitor supplier quality performance and repeated issues.

• Support supplier audits, PPAP/APQP, qualification and process changes.

• Verify effectiveness of supplier corrective actions.

3. Plastic Injection Parts

• Support quality issues related to plastic injection molded parts/casings.

• Understand common defects such as warpage, flash, short shot, sink mark, weld line and dimensional issues.

• Work with suppliers to investigate molding-related problems and follow up corrective actions.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Polymer/Plastic Engineering or related field.

• 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing.

• Experience with Incoming, IPQC and OQC activities.

• Experience with plastic injection molded parts is preferred.

• Knowledge of 8D, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP/APQP and Cp/Cpk.

• Supplier quality experience specific in plastic comodity is an advantage.

• Good English communication and problem-solving skills.
