Process Quality Assurance (PQA)

Responsibilities:Monitor and ensure project processes comply with company standards and quality procedures.
Audit project activities, documentation, and deliverables to maintain high quality standards.
Identify risks, gaps, and process non-compliance; propose improvement solutions.
Work closely with Project Managers and teams to ensure proper process implementation.
Track and report quality metrics, project health, and compliance status.
Participate in building, improving, and standardizing internal processes.
Support teams in adopting best practices (Agile/Scrum, SDLC, etc.).

Required Skills and Experience:At least 1 year of experience in QA, PQA, or Software Process Management.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality standards.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good English communication skills (working with cross-functional teams).Experience with ISO/CMMI or process frameworks is a plus.
Good at speaking English.
