Process Engineer (Module)

· Participate in overseas training and implement product/process transfer locally, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and production readiness.

· Continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and standardize procedures.

· Stabilize and enhance the quality and efficiency of assigned process steps.

· Train employees in relevant processes and assess their qualifications for specific roles.

· Develop and maintain accurate process documentation.

· Collaborate with product engineers to improve product-related processes and provide effective solutions.

· Analyze non-conforming or scraped products caused by process issues and implement corrective actions.

· Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Education:

· Required: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Optical, or Electrical Engineering Experience:

· Required: Minimum 2 years in engineering or process-related roles

· Preferred: Experience in electronics or optical communication industry

Skills & Abilities: · Required: Good Chinese communication skill, basic English or vice versa.

Strong written communication skills; proficient in PPT, Word, Excel o Excellent communication, logical thinking, and positive attitude

Familiarity with manufacturing processes

Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods
