Process Control Junior Staff

I/ Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze daily production processes to ensure stable operation, product quality, and process efficiency.
Collect, record, and analyze process data to identify abnormalities and support process optimization activities.
Support troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) by investigating process deviations and preparing technical reports.
Perform basic process engineering calculations, including Mass & Energy Balance and process simulations, under the guidance of senior engineers.
Support Phase 2 project implementation, including engineering documentation management, pilot tests, trial operations, and plant commissioning activities.
Assist in preparing, updating, and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation.
Coordinate technical communication between the Technology Team and production operators to ensure effective implementation of engineering improvements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, product quality, recovery rate, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support daily production activities.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards, and company technical policies.
II/ Job Requirements:
1. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Metallurgy, or related engineering disciplines (Fresh graduates or upcoming graduates are highly welcome).
2. Experience:
0 to 2 years of relevant experience. Prior internship experience in chemical/metallurgical plants is an advantage
3. Knowledge:
Basic understanding of PFDs and P&IDs is preferred
4. Skills:
English: proficient in communication and reporting
Communication skills and teamwork mindset.
Have a progressive spirit and a willingness to learn.
