Pricing Executive (Minimum 3 Years Of Pricing Position In Logistics Field)

• Having good relationship with carriers, co-loaders, airlines to get competitive rate offer from them for all inquiries coming from over agents/ customers.

• Provide AIR/SEA rate by table quotation for branch manager & other teams in the company monthly.

• Firmly grasp market prices and effectively manage prices.

• Communicate with overseas agent to offer rate accordingly under instruction of branch manager.

• Take care of old and potential customers.

• Good connecting with MASTER CONSOL to set up competitive LCL rate from them.

• Always finding new vendors in good providing about freight, trucking, customs broker services professionally.

• Having skills/knowledges, experience in handling project cargo, OOG cargo….

• Co-operate with other teams in the company smoothly.

• Have good sales strategies to show for branch manager if any request.

• Closely track market feedback and competitor pricing, share insights internally.

• CV must be written in English (interview in English/Vietnamese)

• Minimum 3 years of pricing from an international freight forwarding company.

• Strong communication in English

• Age 25-40

• Ability to work to tight deadlines

• Positive mindset and a great desire to learn

• Strong knowledge in NVOCC product & business.

• Could work under high pressure.

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Foreigh Trade

• Able to solve problems that arise quickly and effectively

• Honest, proactive, independent, decisive, careful, enthusiastic, dynamic and responsible at work.

• Willing to work overtime.

• Good communication, gentle attitude

• Ability to work in groups and independently under high pressure.

• Understanding of Incoterms. Mastering the import-export process

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM

• Saturday: 8 AM - 12 PM

• After 2 months of probation, staff will work in alternate Saturday
