PR Executive (Cán Bộ Truyền Thông)

- Viết bài và biên tập nội dung cho truyền thông, báo chí và các ấn phẩm quảng cáo, phát triển mối quan hệ báo chí

- Viết nội dung, cập nhật và quản lý các kênh truyền thông mạng xã hội như facebook, Instagram, Zalo, Linkedin, You tube, forum seeding v.v…

- Tổ chức sự kiện bao gồm các hội thảo, họp báo, triển lãm và trình diễn thời trang, ngày hội thông tin, chuyến đi dã ngoại, lễ tốt nghiệp v.v…

- Giám sát sản xuất các ấn phẩm truyền thông bao gồm tờ gấp, video, các chương trình đa phương tiện

- Làm việc cùng nhóm nhằm đưa những sáng kiến tạo hình ảnh ảnh tốt nhất cho thương hiệu của trường

- Prepare media content, including articles, press releases, newsletters, magazine and advertising for publication, developing press relations

- Create, update and manage all published content of social media tools e.g., Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Zalo, Pinterest , etc.,

- Organize college events, such as seminars, press conferences, exhibitions and shows, open day, inspiration trips, graduation ceremonies ec.,

- Prepare and monitor the production of publicity brochures, handouts, leaflets, promotional videos, photographs and multimedia programmes

- Work with Student Service Centre to raise ideas to create the best images for the company, building up students’ database

Yêu cầu công việc

- Vietnamese national

- Holder of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

- Excellent writing skills, especially in Vietnamese

- In – depth knowledge and understanding of online social media tools and trends such as Facebook, Google+, You Tube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Blogspot etc.,

- 1-2 years work experience in PR and communications or a related field is preferred

- Pro-active, out-going and open-minded with positive can-do attitude

- Computer literacy in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe application (Photoshop, Illustrator)
