IT Executive (Cán Bộ Phụ Trách Công Nghệ Thông Tin)

Main Responsibilities/ Trách nhiệm chính:

• Be responsible for smooth operation of IT equipments, including computers, printers, scanners, projectors, telephone switchboard, wifi system, cameras and recording machines.

• Set up online classrooms via Google platforms, including Google Meet, Google Classroom, Google Mails systems

• Maintain database and data storage on server, technical support to LCDF website and SMS marketing

• Provide scanning and printing service to support teaching and learning activities.

• Install, set up, and maintain basic IT equipment and peripheral devices.

• Assist with IT inventory checking, device handover, equipment returns, and equipment tracking.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Vietnamese national

• Holder of a diploma or degree in IT, computer science or relevant field

• 2-3 year work experience in a similar position is preferred.

• Hard-working with attention to details, well – organized and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Customer focus, patient, ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible and manage your time
