Collaborate with Video Creators to review, feedback, and optimize video concepts for TikTok, YouTube, Reels, etc.
Analyze customer responses to products post-launch.

Expertise & Skills
University graduate in relevant fields.
English: TOEIC 650+ or IELTS 5.5 — fluent in reading comprehension for international market research and documentation.
Passionate about researching trends, products, and user behavior.
Regular user of international social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube.
Creative mindset with strong information-seeking and research skills.
Multitasking ability, proactive learning, and fast adaptability in a high-speed POD/Ecommerce environment.
Mindset & Attitude
Good aesthetic taste — capable of evaluating designs from the target customers' perspective.
Proactive, meticulous, responsible, and effective in task management.
Preferred Qualifications (Plus)
Understanding of and interest in POD/Ecommerce.
Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Experience in using ChatGPT and AI tools to support research and daily tasks is a plus.
Basic knowledge of design or video editing is an advantage.
