Plumbing & Sanitary Design & Estimation Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking 01 Plumbing & Sanitary Design & Estimation Engineer (Vietnamese National) to join our main office team. This position focuses on creating technical designs for plumbing and sanitary systems and executing quantity take-offs (Estimation) to support bidding and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• System Design: Draft and finalize schematic layouts, detailed engineering designs, and shop drawings for Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) systems using AutoCAD.

• Quantity Estimation: Extract material quantities from drawings and prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tendering and budgeting.

• Design Optimization: Propose cost-effective technical solutions and select appropriate materials that meet project standards.

• Technical Coordination: Collaborate with structural and other MEP teams to resolve design conflicts (clash detection) and support sub-contractors when needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Age: Around 25 – 35 years old.

• Education: University Graduate with a Degree in Engineering (Water Supply & Sewerage, Environmental, Mechanical, or related fields).

• Technical Skills: Intermediate level or above proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.

• Experience: Experience in Plumbing & Sanitary system design is highly welcomed. Experience working with Japanese sub-contractors (sub-cons) is a strong plus.

Note for Candidates: Open for Assistant level (under 3 years of experience) with a salary range from VND10Mil to VND20Mil
