Construction & MEP Site Management Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for Construction & MEP Site Management Engineers (Vietnamese National) to supervise and manage the installation of mechanical and electrical systems at industrial project sites. This role prioritizes candidates with a background in Electrical/Mechanical/Piping who have working experience with Japanese general contractors or sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Directly monitor daily MEP installation work (mainly Mechanical, Electrical, Piping, HVAC) to ensure alignment with technical drawings and quality standards.

• Sub-contractor Management: Coordinate and manage the progress, quality, and workforce efficiency of Japanese or local sub-contractors on-site.

• Safety & Quality Control: Enforce strict compliance with HSE regulations and project quality protocols.

• Progress Reporting: Handle daily site issues, coordinate design modifications with Project Managers, and prepare routine progress reports in English.

• Age: Around 25 – 35 years old.

• Education: No specific degree required (Candidates with relevant professional certificates or site supervisor licenses are highly preferred).

• Experience: Priority is given to candidates with experience at Japanese general contractors' sites. Experience working with Japanese sub-contractors (sub-cons) is a strong plus.

• Specialization: Open to all MEP backgrounds, but priority will be given to Mechanical / Piping installation specialists.

• Language: English (Mandatory: Reading & Writing). Conversational English is a strong plus. (Japanese is NOT required).

Work Location: Mainly industrial park areas such as Binh Duong, Dong Nai, etc.
