Planning Staff

- Receive order from SO, make plan and priority for related department
- Resolve problem effect to plan, follow up production progressing
- Calculation material for manufacturing and confirm lead time to Manager
- Supporting to plan schedule on capacity of SHOP to meet OTD required from customer
- Solving issues and input/output on EPICOR application
- Checking and analysis of M - job data, focusing downtime, inventory
- Create and release M - job to manufacturing
- Follow and send production report daily progress and status at M - job to Manager department
- Follow up time sheet, overtime, leave of employees at M - job
- Have accountability on the compliance to all standards and legal requirement of the company
- English good at speaking, listening, writing and reading (open to fresh graduates)
- Planning experience is preferred
- Knowledge about mass production
- MS good at work
- Presentation good
- Be able to understand technical drawing
