YOUR MISSION:
Manage inventories and ensure that material resources are consistent with production schedules.
Organize production according to demand and quality standards.
Ensure our goods are produced on time.
Well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them.
You is organized and results-driven with great problem-solving skills. Advanced communication and computer skills.
The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of our production operations.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
Developing production schedules based on demand forecasts to meet customer requirements.
Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders request.
Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials.
Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
Communicating with other departments within the organization regarding production schedules and deadlines
Determine manpower, equipment needed to cover production demand.
Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
Prepare and submit status and performance reports, analysis GAP between plan and actual.
Monitoring inventory levels.
Coordinating with sales team and warehouse team to arrange for delivery of finished products to customers.
Collaborate with sales, procurement, maintenance, production, quality control.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
At least 3 years working as Planning Manager/ Supervisor.
Having experiences in warehouse management (managing planning team & warehouse team).
Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning).
Good at excel, working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
Good at math and statistics.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field.
Ability to English communication.
It's also better if candidate has experience in feed or food industry.
Having experienced in logistics is an advantage.
