Planning Admin

1. Demand, Supply & Inventory Coordination
Consolidate sales forecasts and demand requirements from Sales, Business Development, and relevant commercial teams.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to align product availability with business demand.
Monitor inventory levels, product availability, forecast changes, and potential supply risks to support timely actions.
Support inventory allocation across sales channels based on business priorities.
2. Sales Operations Support
Support product availability for sales campaigns, promotions, new product launches, and key customer requirements.
Monitor order fulfillment status and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve planning or supply-related issues.
Follow up on planning actions and ensure timely communication of key updates to stakeholders.
3. Reporting, Data & System Support
Prepare regular reports on demand forecasts, inventory status, product availability, and planning performance.
Maintain accurate planning data and records across Excel, ERP, CRM, or other planning systems.
Prepare regular reports and support basic system operations to ensure data accuracy and smooth planning processes.
4. Cross-functional Coordination
Act as a coordination point between Commercial and Supply Chain-related teams to ensure smooth planning execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Planning, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Sales Administration, or related functions.
Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, and basic data analysis.
Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
Good analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
