1. Responsible for sourcing and purchasing for mechanical parts and packaging in Vietnam market;

2. Develop and execute effective supply chain strategy and drive for cost savings to meet business growth;

3. Work closely with PMC and Project team to meet customer delivery requests;

4. Maintain strategic relationship with suppliers. Monitor and evaluate their performance in terms of reliability, products quality, on-time delivery and technology etc;

5. Lead the team to achieve targets results in respect of project engineering, sourcing, supplier selection and certification, procurement and supplier performance management;

6. Vendor Managed Inventory implementation.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Degree holder in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management or Engineering or related discipline; Candidates with a mechanical engineering background are preferred.

2. Minimum 8 years’ solid purchasing experience including at least 3 years in similar position. Experience in sizeable EMS or multinational manufacturing companies is definitely an advantage;

3. Knowledgeable in component and product with proven record in handling electronics OEM/ODM projects;

4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills;

5. Result-oriented, good analytical, with strong leadership skill and problem solving skill. Able to work under pressure;

6. Good command of spoken English. Chinese (Putonghua) is highly preferred.
