Responsibilities:
As a Performance Marketing in our team, you will:

• Identify key trends and tools in performance marketing and social media marketing in order to develop effective digital approaches.
• Manage and optimize campaigns from various networks including Apple Search Ads, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, and other big Ads Networks such as AdColony, Vungle, Iron Source
• Track budget, ad expense, and ROI of all digital campaigns.
• Conduct App Store Optimization by continuous storefront testing.
• Analyze data about user behavior and app performance to propose improvements on products, monetization, and user experience.
• Run A/B Testing to optimize user acquisition, monetization, and user experience.
• Work with designers to produce marketing materials such as app screenshots, icons, banners, and preview videos.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 1+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in mobile apps, User Acquisition (UA), or App Store Optimization (ASO) is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, or other major ad networks.
• Experience working with MMPs or mobile analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, or similar platforms is plus
• Data-driven mindset and familiarity with analytics, attribution, or marketing measurement tools.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, with a proven track record of maximizing ROAS and profit.
• Data-driven mindset, proficient in working with analytics tools
• Creative and analytical skills to develop, test, and iterate on winning ad creatives.
