Payment Collection Accountant

About Position: As the Staff Accountant, Accounts Receivables-Payment Collection, you will have broad responsibilities across all functions, including exposure to accounting, reporting and analysis. This role is for someone who will work closely with the global accounting team to assist on managing and collecting payments from customers, and other closing tasks.
Job description:Payment collection, emails and phone call reminders, deal with issues of payment collection.
Daily bank reconciles, monitor AR accounts and balance.
The 2nd and 3rd years’ purchase order collection of multi-year purchase agreement.
Internal tasks escalation and working closely with sales department, legal department, and overseas customers.
Data support for accounting reports and other related tasks.

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Accounting, English, or Economics.
Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.3 years of payment collection experience is preferred.
Hardworking with high attention to detail.
Self-motivated and can work under high pressure.
Familiar with MS office, especially Excel.
