Junior Product Manager

- Complete requirements analysis and create PRD.
- Define product release scope and roadmap, track in JIRA.
- Define and track release plan, work closely with local and remote R&D team.
- Work with product development teams to complete feature UI and logic design.
- Work closely with all related teams such as design, development, testing, and documentation teams during the development process to make sure the features delivered can satisfy customer needs.
- Perform product demos to field teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Collect product feedback and keep improving the product.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering-related majors.
- Excellent communication skills in English, and knowing Chinese is a plus.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative.
